The POC skins seem to be too grey or too muted. I'm pasty enough that you could deadass mistake me for paper and the closest one available is the weird vampire skin that makes me look like I'm half-foot in the grave.
I think my biggest issue with the MAC line is that the community asked for makeup our sims could incorporate into everyday looks and what they gave us was like a Cirque du Soleil themed Met Gala pallete. Not a single one that doesnt sit outside the lines. Though, to be fair, the WORST culprits of that specific aesthetic are the lipsticks that came with get together. Like when you were little and playing in mommys make up and you couldnt stay in the lines so it ended up all around your mouth lol. All the other ones look like clown makeup on my sims. The 2 toned pink that is just barely different pigments in the middle row of options, the solid light pink and one of the solid dark reds. Lol I never thought about the whole masks and make-up thing! Omg! Make-up companies everywhere are probably loosing tons in lipstick sales! Actually come to think of it, since no one really leaves the house anymore Id wager most of us ladies arent wearing any make up at all!Īs for the MAC lipsticks in the sims, if Im being truly honest there are 3 that I sort of like.
